Role: PM/Scrum Master Location: Maplewood, MN( Onsite)(Need Local only with DL or any state id) Visa: USC and GC - Only Duration: 12+ Months Interview: Phone and video LinkedIn( Make sure consultant LinkedIn match with resume), SSN, DOB Consultant must be in 40 Miles/or 60 minutes of distance from project location. Must have CSM We are looking for 3 agile project managers who are equipped to perform both Scrum Mastering duties (facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and Jira updates) and Project Management duties (driving of the work identified in the Scrum ceremonies to completion by specified timelines, tracking in MS Project and developing PPTs). This agile project management scope is integrated into every phase from initiation to closing the project. Resources will help plan and manage the project work to successfully complete goals and deliverables on time and budget. Key components include capturing the work with the functional manager, facilitating the backlog refinement and weekly planning, creating delivery plans, capturing risks that the team identifies and working through escalation processes to ensure each has an owner/driver, carefully managing resources, status and reporting to leadership, and contributing to clear communication across highly cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Because this project is extremely time-sensitive, it is imperative that the Project Managers stay organized and keep their teams on track. Services will be provided primarily off-site, with the Solventum the requirement to engage locally at workshops as needed. Expecting on site work to be up to 1 day per week over the course of the project. Agile Project Management Project management resources should have previous experience with comparable IT work definition at a comparable size organization. CSM certification and experience with facilitating Scrum Ceremonies and tracking work, risks, and decisions in Jira Cloud. Deep understanding of project timeline and ability to drive resources to complete work in the necessary timeline, thereby keeping the project on track. Liaison between supplier partners and Solventum Teams. Integrate with Solventum Teams to develop the project plans, manage changes, and drive the project forward in all phases. Work closely with Solventum Project Management and Agile Leader to assist in the creation and maintenance of project tracking, monitoring, and reporting to ensure project stays on track. Maintain a standing project direction committee to validate work, answer questions, and provide feedback that includes all key stakeholders: IT, affected Business units, IT Security (both Ops and GRC), and Physical Security. Partner with Solventum and Vendor Project Management teams to manage a highly dynamic landscape of cross-functional dependencies adapting execution plan as needed to maintain scope / schedule targets. Lead Scrum ceremonies and escalation cadenses for various stakeholders based on the metrics required. Collaborate with Solventum Project Management to provide regular status updates to leadership inclusive of all cross-functional team deliverables using the chosen tracking mechanism. Develop and maintain metrics-based tracking for all quantifiable project objectives (e.g. risk closure rates, work closure rates, etc.). Partner with Solventum Project Management to prepare for and gate reviews and readiness checks. Document and raise impediments and risks to the project and work collaboratively to resolve issues. Communicate changes to IT staff regarding the schedule and impact on business operations. Align with Solventum for agreement on deliverable acceptance and work collaboratively to track project deliverables. Send timely communications to engage team members for their support and active involvement when requested by Solventum. Resources should be available and participate as required to progress the deployment plan. Lead retrospectives and lessons learned meetings to iteratively improve the deployment process and integrate learnings into ongoing and future deployments. Work in an organized manner providing Solventum Teams with requested documentation in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites. Skills and tooling experience with Jira (to include scripting), Microsoft Suite, and Power BI are desired. Schedule is currently being planned.
