This is a challenging position that requires a strong background in managing the release process, environment lifecycle, and configuration management activities of an ERP system effectively. The ideal candidate is a strong handson subject matter expert that is comfortable working in a fastpaced environment. The job requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail so that requests are handled in a uniform manner, issues are properly documented, and projects are delivered on time. The successful candidate is very motivated and willing to take on challenges, able to multitask and can work independently with minimal oversight. Responsibilities The Fusion Release and Environment Manager is first responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the cutover activities during the transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) with minimal disruption to our business. This role requires meticulous planning, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure a smooth and successful cutover process. Once the transition to Oracle cloud is complete this role will focus on managing the release process and environment lifecycle for Oracle Fusion for Collectibles. The role involves coordinating release and test planning, environment provisioning, configuration management, and deployment activities to ensure the stability, reliability, and scalability of our Fusion environment. Key dutiesinclude: For Cutover: Develop comprehensive cutover plans and strategies for migrating data, configurations, and business processes from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion. Collaborate with stakeholders to define cutover objectives, timelines, and success criteria. Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions during the cutover process. Lead the execution of cutover activities according to the planned schedule, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Monitor cutover progress, track milestones, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams, including IT, business users, and external vendors, to address any unexpected challenges or delays. Provide postcutover support to address any issues or discrepancies identified during the stabilization period. Collaborate with stakeholders to perform postcutover reviews and identify lessons learned for future release activities. Post Cutover: Develop and maintain release management processes, procedures, and standards for Oracle Fusion and align with FHI centrally managed processes. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to plan, schedule, and execute release activities, including version upgrades, patches, and enhancements within Collectibles and other LOBs. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define release objectives, scope, timelines, and success criteria. Coordinate with FHI on the provisioning and configuration of Oracle Fusion environments, including development, testing, staging, and production. Coordinate with FHI on change and configuration management processes to track and control changes to Oracle Fusion environments, configurations, and artifacts. Conduct impact assessments and risk analyses for proposed changes and coordinate change approval and implementation activities. Conduct release validation and postdeployment testing to verify system functionality, performance, and stability. Communicate release schedules,status updates, and risksto stakeholders, project teams, and senior management. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and trainings to align stakeholders on release and environment management processes and standards. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting or information technology or relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in IT release management, environment management, or related roles, preferably with Oracle Fusion applications Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture, modules, and release lifecycle is required. ERP experience (Oracle experience desired especially with the following modules Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Purchase Orders, Order Management and Cash Management, Product Data Hub, Inventory and Costing) Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef). Experience with Oracle Fusion Security setup and rolebased access controls. Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues and competing priorities. Excellent negotiation and prioritization skills. Project management experience, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
