Job title : SAP R2R/RTR FICO Consultant (Accepting 8+ years recent Automotive Background only) Location : Normal, IL (Onsite) Duration : Long term Contract Any Valid visa should work for this requirement Job Title: SAP R2R, Group Reporting, ICMR, AP, AR, GL Consultant Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP consultant with expertise in Record to Report (R2R), Group Reporting, Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation (ICMR), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial processes and SAP functionalities, with a focus on providing support, maintenance, and enhancements for financial accounting and reporting activities. Candidate should have Auto industry experience. Responsibilities: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP R2R, Group Reporting, ICMR, AP, AR, and GL modules, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their financial reporting requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP enhancements or customizations. Perform configuration, testing, and documentation of SAP financial modules changes, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP financial modules with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and external systems as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP financial modules-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to financial operations. Conduct user training sessions and provide user support to ensure effective utilization of SAP financial modules functionalities. Stay up-to-date with SAP financial modules updates, releases, and best practices, and proactively recommend process improvements or system optimizations. Participate in SAP implementation and enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and post-implementation support. Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of services. Contribute to SAP knowledge sharing initiatives, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP financial modules implementation and support, with expertise in R2R, Group Reporting, ICMR, AP, AR, and GL modules. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, processes, and best practices. Proficiency in SAP financial modules configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance is highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex financial issues and recommend effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. SAP certification in financial modules is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
