| Position 2: Oracle Learn End User Support Specialist with the ability to review inbound end user cases from Employees, Managers, Instructors, Learning specialists and understand the issue, bug or defect they are encountering and troubleshoot to identify the root cause of the issue and work to resolution with team members or Oracle support if necessary. 2 to 4 years relevant experience General Job Description, Specialty will Vary based on above role:- The Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Module Techo Functional Consultant must have hands on experience support the Oracle HCM Cloud Learning module LMS.
