Job Description: As a Kafka Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Kafka solutions to support our real-time data processing needs. You will work closely with our engineering and DevOps teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Kafka clusters. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Kafka solutions for real-time data processing. Configure and maintain Kafka clusters to ensure high availability and fault tolerance. Optimize Kafka performance by fine-tuning configurations and monitoring resource utilization. Develop and maintain Kafka Connectors for data integration with various systems. Implement security measures to protect Kafka clusters and data. Monitor Kafka infrastructure and respond to alerts to ensure system health. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Kafka solutions into our applications and services. Provide support and troubleshooting for Kafka-related issues. Stay up-to-date with Kafka best practices and industry trends. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. years of experience working with Kafka in a production environment. Strong understanding of Kafka architecture and internals. Hands-on experience with Kafka administration, including cluster setup, configuration, and maintenance. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Scala, or Python. Experience with Kafka Streams for stream processing is a plus. Knowledge of Kafka security mechanisms such as SSL, SASL, and ACLs. Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools for Kafka, such as Prometheus and Grafana. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
