No H1B transfer candidates at this time. Manager's call notes Expertise of SailPoint which the manager is looking for is not for application onboarding as such. Looking for a candidate to have experience in Workflow management, Access governance pieces, Custom implementations, so and so forth. Need experience in SailPoint but they'll also be creating external Java programs independent of SailPoint functionalities which is why they need expertise in Java and Relational databases such as Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL, or DB2. They would be creating external programs within SailPoint which will use Java as well as databases. Looking for jQuery and JavaScript experience from the Front-end perspective and a little bit of Servlets as they will be exposed to APIs and a couple of JSPs which they will create that would interact on the Back-end with the database as well as JavaScript. Looking for a SailPoint Developer with some experience in basic Java MVC patterns and all that stuff. Regular SailPoint Developer with no Java experience will not work. They will use the SailPoint features and develop the actual core stuff in Java which is why experience with SailPoint as well as Java is important. They use IdentityIQ which is On-prem. Must Have: 5+ SailPoint, Java, understanding of relational databases (Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL, or DB2), Eclipse or IntelliJ Preferred: JUnit, Radiant logic, PlainID Must have 10 years of experience. Responsibilities: Engage business users to define the requirements and design for a vast array of tools supporting trade analytics, pooling & securitization, trade capture, reporting, and reconciliation. Application development, prototyping, and high-level technical consulting. Work closely with team members and business partners to develop cutting edge technology solutions under tight deadlines. Predict effects of configuration changes; identify application bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize performance. Support issue resolution and completion of ad-hoc requests in support of business partners within the I&CM division. Basic Requirements: 10 years of IT experience in design, development, integration and testing of software solutions based on J2EE technologies including servlets, Java Server Pages (JSP), and JDBC. 5-7 years of experience with relational databases including Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL, and/or DB2. 5 years' Experience in development of IAM solutions using Sailpoint IdentityIQ. 2-3 years of experience with managing, building, and deploying code through tools including Eclipse, GIT, Gradle, Docker, and Jenkins. 2-3 years of experience designing and executing JUnit test cases using Mockito framework based on business requirements and functional specifications. Bachelors degree in computer science or related field. Preferred Skills: Excellent problem solving and analytical, and technical skills. Ability to think critically and act expeditiously to evaluate situations, make decisions and solve problems. Flexible and versatile to adapt to any new environment and work on any project. Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to work well with a variety of personalities. Ability to work effectively with continuous change and short deadlines. Demonstrated business acumen, problem solving skills, intellectual maturity, and relationship management skills. .
