Possess expertise in assessing network performance and optimizing/improving it through design and best network and security practices. Maintain a deep understanding of F5 products and possess advanced domain knowledge. Demonstrate exceptional customer focus and a commitment to exceeding expectations. Be proficient in ITIL processes and methodologies, including incident, change, problem, and service request management. Develop technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles. Partner with Product Owners and Managers to understand and support OEM engagements.
