Role 1: Cloud Systems Administrator for SaaS applications including SAP, Coupa, Workday, Siemens Teamcenter Cloud Administrator to manage and oversee our comprehensive suite of SaaS applications, including SAP SaaS, Coupa, Workday among others. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance, security, and compliance of our cloud-based applications. The Cloud Administrator will be responsible for monitoring system performance, managing user access, implementing security measures, and coordinating with vendors to resolve any issues. Key Responsibilities: System Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our SaaS applications to ensure their availability, performance, and security. User Access Control: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient access to cloud services. Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security policies and procedures, conduct regular security audits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks or issues, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with SaaS providers to resolve any issues, negotiate service agreements, and stay updated on new features and updates. Instance refresh: Coordinate with SaaS vendors to clone non production environments. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of systems configurations, processes, and service records. Provide regular reports on system status, incidents, and usage metrics.
