Database Must be able to create PL SQL packages, procedures, functions, views, and tables in an Oracle database environment 19c or greater. Must understand how to find and utilize Banner delivered APIs that interact with the back-end tables. Web Development Must have 6+ years experience in web application development using PHP. Must have knowledge and understanding of MVC architecture. Must have experience in creating mock-ups. Must have experience coding for ADA accessibility standards (WICA II, or Section 508). General Must be able to read/write project/technical requirements. Must be able to create process flowcharts. Must be able to create design diagrams. Must have a database development IDE capable of working with Oracle version 19c or greater Must complete OSU A&M system HIPAA and FERPA training at our Institution before having database access to our data. Communication Requires good written and verbal communication skills (must speak and write English fluently and be understood) Training Training in our environment will be provided. This consists of how our environment is configured, how we create code promotions, How we conduct Web development and create applications, how to utilize our Help ticketing system.
