Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define mediation workflows. Configure mediation rules and mappings to transform and normalize data from various sources. Integrate mediation systems with upstream data sources and downstream systems. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of mediation solutions to ensure reliability and performance. Optimize mediation workflows for efficiency and scalability. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients on mediation-related issues. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mediation technology and Digital Route Mediation platform. Strong understanding of mediation concepts, data transformation, and normalization. Experience in designing and implementing mediation workflows for telecom or related industries is preferred. Familiarity with APIs, web services, and data formats (CSV, XML, JSON). Additional Requirements: Certification or training in Digital Route Mediation is a plus. Experience with Oracle Billing and Revenue Management or similar billing systems is desirable.
