ROLE: Site Reliability Engineer LOCATION: Must be local to Washington or California DURATION: 6 MONTHS VISA: GC/USC/H4EAD/GCEAD JOB DESCRIPTION: Technical Requirements and Certifications: One or more Cloud Certification (AWS, Azure, Google, IBM). Certification in Kubernetes or Docker Administration. Education and Experience: Experience with Golang. At least 3 years of experience with SRE or DevOps in IBM Cloud or AWS or Azure or Google Cloud. At least 3 years of experience in Python, Go and/or Java, Kubernetes. At least 3 years of experience understanding of Linux system internals, familiar with TCP/IP stack, network routing, load balancing. Experience with troubleshooting systematically and have a deep sense of ownership for work. Experience with identifying root causes in a high-traffic, distributed system. Experience with configuration and troubleshooting of Java/Scala, Docker systems. Experience understanding large-scale complex systems from a reliability perspective including resolving issues and identify strategies to mitigate in future.
