Role: Data Analyst (Banking/financial Domain) Location: Durham - NC or Westlake - TX ( Local only) Duration: 12+ Months Client: Hexaware/Fidelity Job Description: 10+ years of experience Must Have Skills: Snowflake, SQL, OBIEE, Power BI Responsibilities: Define and complete a series of data governance and analysis-related activities associated with our Data Aggregation product. Specifically, the analyst will focus on crafting a data catalog, building a series of data quality rules, handling data intake requests, and supporting any new data sourcing and data-related research assignments. This person will be expected to facilitate requirements gathering sessions with customers, document the requirements, and propose design solutions. A strong candidate will have some background in financial services industry, database querying, data management, and solution design. The candidate must also have excellent communication skills and experience with agile development methodology, project management-related standard processes, and leadership. Qualification: Bachelors Degree plus demonstrated ability in data analytics, or Masters Degree plus at least 9 years in data analytics Hands on scripting experience in SQL and familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases. Experience with analytical tools like OBIEE and Power BI. Strong Experience in Snowflake and knowledge on AWS services Experience in delivering Data Governance and Data Quality Management concepts and practices within the financial services industry.
