It should move quickly. *This is not a DataPower developer Job Description: Must Haves: 8+ years of experience in a relevant IT operational support position. 3+ years of experience supporting one or more of the following: DataPower App Connect Enterprise / IIB API Connect OpenShift/Kubernetes; IBM Cloud Pak products a plus. Strong drive for process improvement and operational excellence Experience supporting full lifecycle of the infrastructure platform, including the following: Deploying new physical and virtual DataPower appliances Firmware updates Migrating between form factors Managing certificates and related objects Troubleshooting configuration and operational issues Preferred: Automation capability using shell, python, ansible, or similar. 3+ years of experience with Linux CLI, experience parsing through log files to troubleshoot issues. Dashboarding, reporting, and alerting using Splunk or similar tools.
