Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Platform Development: Develop and configure Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports and dashboards, and Power Virtual Agents chatbots to implement custom business logic and workflows. Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party systems, applications, and data sources, leveraging connectors, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. Governance and Security: Define and implement governance policies, security controls, and best practices for managing Power Platform environments, ensuring data privacy, compliance, and risk mitigation. Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance and scalability of Power Platform solutions, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning to maximize efficiency and user experience. Training and Enablement: Provide training, mentoring, and support to business users, developers, and IT teams on Power Platform capabilities, development best practices, and governance guidelines. Documentation: Document solution designs, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and deployment procedures to ensure clarity, consistency, and maintainability of Power Platform solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus. X years of experience in designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or equivalent certification is preferred. Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, architecture, and components, with hands-on experience in solution design, development, and deployment. Proficiency in data modeling, business process automation, workflow automation, and visualization using Power Platform tools and technologies. Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions, for integrating and extending Power Platform solutions. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within deadlines.
