Hi Team, Role : HR Systems Business Analyst - HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation Location: New Albany YoE : 6+yrs Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Systems Analyst to join our HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and optimizing Workday HCM modules, including Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, and Performance Management. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Workday HCM systems across all functional areas globally. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct requirement gathering sessions to capture functional, data, integration, and reporting needs for Workday HCM modules. Configure and optimize Workday HCM modules, including Recruiting, Compensation, and Talent Management, based on business requirements. Design, configure, and update Workday Business Processes (BPs) for all countries. Lead global maintenance and support activities, including performing functional analysis on new releases, resolving issues, and leading module-specific enhancements. Load module-specific data into Workday using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs). Configure Workday security within the functional area to ensure data integrity and compliance. Develop and build reports and analytics to provide insights into HR metrics and trends. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integration documents, and training materials. Provide support for various other HR systems as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Workday HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, and Talent certification. Minimum of 6+ years of experience in configuring and optimizing Workday HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, and Talent Management modules. Proficiency in Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence modules is a plus. Proven track record of performing requirement gathering sessions and translating business needs into system configurations. Strong understanding of Workday BPs and their implementation across global regions. Perform systems analysis, identify enhancement opportunities, and implement complex Workday configuration changes. Experience in leading global maintenance and support activities, including issue resolution and enhancement implementation. Demonstrated ability to load data into Workday using EIBs and configure security settings. Proficient in building reports and analytics within Workday to support decision-making processes. Excellent documentation skills, including system configurations, integration documents, and training materials.
