Role: Business Analyst Contractor Location: Quincy, MA hybrid local Duration : 6 months Visa : No H1b/CPT Job Description Interview: 1 ROUND of ZOOM Work Model: Tues-Thurs each week in the office and Mon/Fri are remote Summary: The new hired Business Analyst must have experience working on CLAIMS processing and CLAIMS management, tracking, workflows, etc. This person aligns strategic goals and objectives with decisions supporting business needs; collaborates with business and IT leadership to deliver capabilities and key business and IT initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Maintains a deep understanding of "Claims Management" business systems that they support Works to support of business analyst deliverables, understanding and incorporating industry best practices/standards Works with the business leaders and IT team members to assess current capabilities and create quality requirements of all types using the appropriate models for both the customer and Claims specific project (process models, prototypes, data flows etc.) Leads and facilitates dynamic and interactive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders throughout the enterprise Develops and applies strategies and best practices for QA, regression and UAT efforts Develops and authors test strategy, test plans and test cases and leads testing efforts Experience with SQL and usage of SQL statements, joins, queries is helpful.
