In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing technical documentation related to software releases using MadCap Flare. Your primary focus will be on attending release planning sessions, updating existing content, collaborating with subject matter experts, and publishing documentation for each release cycle. (Contract) Role: - Technical Writer (Risk Management) Location: San Francisco, CA Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills Qualifications: Proven experience in technical writing, particularly with MadCap Flare. Familiarity with file management in Github. Knowledge of Jira and Agile development methodologies. Experience with WalkMe for creating interactive tutorials (preferred). Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively. Strong time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
