Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, empowering them to deliver high-quality products and services. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Monitor team performance and progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance team effectiveness. Responsible for Release Management and deployment of stable releases, ensure the teams follow due diligence for release deployments. Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities alongside Business stakeholders and Release Management teams. Collaborate closely with relevant parties to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Facilitate discussions and gather necessary information to drive effective resolutions. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required.
