In-depth knowledge of software licensing models, terms, and conditions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders. Experience with ServiceNow CMDB is mandatory. Experience with Qualys a plus. Familiar with Solarwinds a plus. Experience working with Procurement and Legal teams. Experienced in interpretation of contractual language. Familiarity with ITIL practices and frameworks is a plus. Working knowledge and experience with CMDB IAITAM Certification, CSAM or CITAM required.
