If interested, please share your resume at [email protected] or call me at 732-452-1006 Ext 618 Role: Quality Analyst Location: Indianapolis, IN Role Description: We are looking for a skilled Analyst to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality of our projects through a comprehensive testing process. You will be responsible for understanding the testing process and implementing it effectively within the project. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to gain a thorough understanding of the business and functional aspects of the system under test. This will involve analyzing and reviewing requirements for testability. Your core tasks will involve creating test cases, test scripts, traceability matrices, and test data (including data setup, datasheet changes, and test ID distribution). You will be responsible for preparing and executing various types of testing, including system testing, system integration testing, acceptance testing (on an as-needed basis), and regression testing. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating test summary reports. Defect management, defect triaging, and test management will be part of your daily activities. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium. Competencies: HiTech Skills: Automation Testing, HP ALM, Functional Testing Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a related field. Essential Skills: Understanding of SDLC and testing processes. Knowledge of End-to-End and User Acceptance Testing. Sound knowledge of ALM and JIRA. Knowledge of DevOps concepts. Working experience in Agile methodology. Proactive and innovative with good analytical skills. Ability to evaluate situations and make sound decisions. Strong ownership mentality with a focus on driving tasks to completion. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Life Science and its regulatory compliances would be an added advantage.
