Includes engaging project teams and vendors in project initiation, planning activities (managing contracts, resource onboarding), managing project schedules, dependencies, risks and issues, and project closure activities Competency in Microsoft applications including MS Project, MS project Server, Word, and Excel ( Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures ) Ability to add value by pairing up technology and business processes through the PMO's methodologies (e.g, hybrid waterfall-agile, iterative) Proven ability to manage multiple projects, and facilitate project alignment between business and technical teams. Project Methodology Waterfall and Iterative/Hybrid Waterfall Experience creating metrics/KPIs to show the health of the overall program/project Prefer experience presenting to senior executives. PMs hold the Executive Steering Committees made up of VPs, AVPs and Directors. Prefer candidates with proven experience working within a technology environment with understanding of custom application development projects, cloud migrations, on premise software, and in-house developed systems. - PMP - nice to have.
