Familiar with Solarwinds a plus. Experience working with Procurement and Legal teams. Experienced in interpretation of contractual language. Familiarity with ITIL practices and frameworks is a plus. Working knowledge and experience with CMDB IAITAM Certification, CSAM or CITAM required.
