This position will identify, create, implement, and help design a unique digital experience that is engaging and easy to use as it relates to the ability to quote and order telecom services with a focus on the customer lifecycle. Will partner with GPCs consultants to create an unauthenticated user online self-shopping experience. Will provide technical knowledge in the design, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and support of platforms related to the digital experience. Will perform critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas. Will provide a variety of services ranging from day-to-day support, maintenance, design, development, and troubleshooting to improve, advance, or simplify the digital customer experience. Will provide leadership or project management within application development teams to deliver coordinated software solutions. Will define standards and procedures and refines methods and techniques for creating a positive digital experience and best practices for application software development and deployment. Duties include: Partners with other departments on application selection, support and implementation. Analyzes business processes and recommends improvements to optimize the customer experience. Partners with the business on vendor selection and management. Measures and tracks KPIs on all IT projects to understand ROI and value creation. Drives efficiency through automation. Communicates process improvements and implementation with stakeholders. Partners with the architecture and engineering teams on configuration and development to deliver solutions. Develops functional design standards and methodologies to deliver robust, agile functional designs that may span multiple functional areas and applications. Partners with other departments on requirements and delivers solutions to meet business needs. Ensures all technical designs meet our security and data architecture requirements Analyzes all requirements from the business and ensures security of all solutions. Partners with the IT Project Manager to drive projects on time and on budget. Provides deep, cross functional business process expertise and innovative solutioning across platforms and systems/architectures. Distills requirements into appropriate discovery work plans. Develops methodology, governance, and best practices to support digital experience platforms. Creates test cases with other departments. Drives business training. Supports applications on day-to-day administration and configuration. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, computer information systems, statistics, or similar technical degree desired. Completed technical training and certifications that are relevant and appropriate for prior IT work experiences and responsibilities desired.
