Qualifications for Project Manager Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field 5-8 years of project management and related experience Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master (CSM or SAFe Agile) certifications preferred. Has managed at least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementations as the lead project manager. SAP process area expertise: Corporate applications in Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Sales Proven ability to solve problems creatively. Strong familiarity with project management software tools (JIRA, Project for Web), Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and best practices Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Soft Skills required for this job: : Looking for someone that is assertive and can manage the scope and budget of the project. Adaptive communication style to address varied and multiple levels of the organization; Highly organized and comfortable delegating and holding team members accountable to assignment and timelines. Facilitation skills in both remote/video and conference-room in-person environment.
