Led the team and managed time across several projects at the same time. Expanding mastery of the business goals of each design request and pushing back on stakeholders with innovative UX/UI proposals. Validate and iterate on your design solutions through feedback sessions, usability, and live testing. Drive and create both web and mobile product concepts as part of a crossfunctional team. Communicating ideas and insights, managing feedback, and evangelizing UX. Demonstrate high-quality design practices. This includes participation in all aspects of UX: research, ideation, strategy, interaction design, wireframes, and visual design. Ensure that the projects are delivered in a timely manner. Finding creative ways to solve UX problems. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design. Setting up and maintaining all the projects design resources. Empower and mentor designers in the team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive environment within a growing team. Maintain and further build design team workflows that ensure that all designs delivered are in line with style guides and are of high-quality standards. Highly communicative and responsive both within the team and to stakeholders across the company while managing a large volume of ongoing projects. Maintaining a designer role when it is required. Hands-on experience in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Etc... Excellent communication skills.
