Description :

This position offers the flexibility of
remote work with occasional meetings and collaboration sessions. The initial
contract term is 6 months, with the potential for permanent hire based on
performance and business needs.

Rate will be a major deciding factor in
getting a client submission and an interview. We need consultants at the lowest
possible rate.

Key Information :

Don't search for
candidates that are currently doing implementations. Search more for admin
and/or analyst candidates.

The ideal candidate should have experience
leading a team, prioritizing work, liaising between IT and business units,
writing reports, and handling Workday's bi-annual release cycles. 

University background,
especially in HR processes, is strongly preferred but not required if the
candidate has extensive relevant experience.

Key responsibilities in the first 90 days
include assessing the team's capabilities, understanding ongoing
work/priorities, and building partnerships with HR, Payroll and the external
Workday support vendor.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Workday HR Analyst with expertise in leading HR
technology initiatives, particularly within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal
candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency and functional
understanding across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time and Absence
modules. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team and
collaborate with high-level stakeholders, including VP-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead
and manage a team of technical and functional resources, providing guidance and
support in Workday HR system maintenance and enhancements.

Drive
the maintenance of Workday HR modules and leverage Workday functionality to
support Core HR and HR Benefits, while having a basic understanding of
Payroll and Time/Absence.

Oversee
system integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity with internal and external
systems.

Conduct
regular maintenance cycles (R1 and R2), addressing open tickets and optimizing
system performance.

Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate
them into system enhancements.

Build
strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including VP-level executives,
to align HR technology initiatives with business goals.

Assess
team capabilities and provide training and development opportunities as needed.

Leverage
ticket-based support resources to address system issues and ensure timely
resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.

5+
years of experience in Workday HR system administration, with a focus on Core
HR and HR Benefits modules.

Strong
leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration
and results.

Proficiency
in both technical and functional aspects of Workday HR, including report
writing and system integrations.

Experience
with HR technology maintenance cycles (R1 and R2) and ticket-based support
processes.

Previous
exposure to the education industry is advantageous.

Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with
stakeholders at all levels.
