Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled Genesys Routing Specialist for a prestigious US Bank client. Type: 6+ months contract with strong possibility of extension Location: NYC - Hybrid End Client: Wells Fargo Essential Requirements and Responsibilities : As a Genesys Routing Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimizing the contact center operations of the client. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced contact routing solutions to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in call centre domain knowledge and advanced contact routing. Extensive experience (3+ years) in Genesys Composer scripting. Proficiency (2+ years) in T-Server/SIP Server integration. Familiarity (2+ years) with GAX/GAA configuration and setup. Preferred experience (1+ year) in Genesys Interaction Workspace setup. Preferred experience (1+ year) in multichannel routing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
