Getting the Voice of Customer/ Problem statement from relevant stakeholders Create a high level project scope based on Problem statement Get stakeholders buy in for the project scope & high level timeliness Creating Detailed Project Plan & milestones Perform Data collation needed for analysis Analyze As-Is process & Data collated Conducting Brainstorming session with project team for To Be processes state Creating Value Stream Map & Performing Waste Analysis Providing Recommendation and Solutions road-map Get stakeholders buy in for the Recommendations & Road-map ahead Preparing a pilot implementation plan Preparing pilot readiness enablers to execute the pilot Implementation of Pilot Preparing a control and sustain plan and implement post pilot Share the project closure summary to the all the stakeholders Must have knowledge of Process Documentation using ARIS Process Mapping Tool

Utilizing previous consulting and industry experience to help Insurance Organizations to set and achieve their long term goals. Performing accurate analysis and designing effective solutions to a variety of client issues Working directly with clients to address their issues and acting as the day to day relationship contact Writing and presenting reports that document the results of the work performed Insurance industry experience in operational analysis, process improvement, project management, and/or consulting to Insurance companies Process documentation knowledge on Industry approved Tools
