Job Description: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience with Azure cloud platform design, administration, and support. Solid understanding of Azure architecture and services, such as Virtual Machines, Group Policy, MFA, Management Groups, Subscriptions, Resource Groups, Azure Regions, Azure Functions, Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking, Azure Savings Plans and pricing models. Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Azure Automation. Experience with ITSM tools, especially ServiceNow. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. After hours and weekend on-call support required as needed. 8+ years of demonstrated IT experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise level, mission- critical applications resolving complex issues/situations and driving technical resolution across cross-functional organizations. Experience in one or more automation languages (PowerShell, Python, C#, Open Source). Any Azure certifications are nice to have.
