Hi Vendors Please share profiles for this role. Seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager to lead Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Migration Program. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing the migration of our organization's content from legacy systems to modernized ECM platforms. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in program management, enterprise content management systems, and migration methodologies. They will be responsible for orchestrating the program's strategy, planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets. Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Develop and communicate the vision, goals, and objectives of the ECM Migration Program. Provide strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional teams throughout all phases of the migration process. Ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational goals and priorities. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, executive sponsors, and project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Program Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance. Establish clear milestones, deliverables, and success criteria to track progress and measure outcomes. Monitor program performance and proactively identify and address issues, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution. Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools for ECM migration, ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements. Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, IT application management and support teams, vendors, and external partners. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and prioritize content for migration. Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and leadership to demonstrate program status, achievements, and challenges. Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing program team, including project managers, analysts, developers, and subject matter experts. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the program team. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to facilitate their professional growth and development. Change Management and Adoption: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate user adoption of new ECM platforms and workflows. Engage with end-users to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide training and support as needed. Monitor user feedback and performance metrics to drive ongoing improvements and optimization of ECM solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (X years) as a Program Manager or Project Manager leading large-scale ECM or IT migration projects/programs. In-depth knowledge of enterprise content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText) and migration methodologies. Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, change management, and user adoption strategies.
