Role: Kronos/UKG Expert Location: REMOTE WITH OCCASIONAL TRAVEL. Accruals and pay - Time keeping and Attendance. - UKG WFM - CRT is key - Integrations and accrual policies - Dell Boomi a plus - Accrual policies - How much production support have you done Requirements gathering - Configurations Overview The Solution Analyst is responsible for ensuring technology solutions address business requirements and achieve the identified business outcomes. This position primarily designs and configures platforms to support business requirements. The job may also document requirements in business requirements documents (BRD), functional specification. The position has a combination of strong business acumen, application domain knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business language. This role will assist subject matter experts with gap analysis / process definition and system enhancements and will provide a high level of service for break-fix incidents and requests. This role is different than a developer in that it does not "code; the focus is to "build a technical solution by taking business requirements and configuring the systems to support the business requirements Duties and Responsibilities Configure and design the respective platform Understands emerging technologies and can identify opportunities to automate and standardize business processes. Assist with educating the IT team on the goals of the business and assists with facilitating communication and alignment between functions and IT from the gathering of initial requirements to final implementation. Manage process conformity, compliance, and is responsible to drive the development of business and technical process documentation and training materials. Supports conversion of functional specs to technical specs working with developers Drive the collection of required information to develop work scope around solutions to attain business requirements along with data needs as required. Serve as liaison between Divisions/Functions and IT on projects and enhancements Collect and evaluate information, formulate as well as test hypothesis. Can drive technical validity of solution. Coordinate issues resolution activities with varied stakeholders Review entire problem logs and identify recurring problems. Record projects status along with open issues every week. Ensure to follow up on problems and process independently related to solutions engineering.
