Key Responsibilities: Functions as a subject-matter-expert and provides technical leadership to the Software Engineering team and cross-functional teams. Sets and enforces approved coding standards and best practices. Provides oversight and guidance to other developers/engineers. Deep technical expertise in a business-critical area. Proactively addressing and/or minimizing technical debt. Accountable for squad quality and escalates when staff does not achieve quality or on-time expectations. Provides regular status updates to leadership.
