Produces Comprehensive Regression Suites for Applications & Systems. Communicate and review the results with all stakeholders. Provides support to Development, Business, and Test teams on internal and external issues. Helps with getting down to the Root Cause of the Issues and works with the Engineering Teams to resolve and Validate the Fixes. Good Leadership skill Performance Expert Support QE Initiatives involving working with performance testing of complex systems. Agile Methodology Expert in Agile methodology, Tools, and scrum framework. Note: Expecting QE Test Manager to have strong SQL and AML (Anti money laundering).
