We have an urgent requirement for Sr. Technical Business Analyst with CBAP position with our client. Role: Sr. Technical Business Analyst with CBAP Location: Albany, New York Duration: 18 Months Job ID: HBITS-05-13389 Client: NY State Description Work with the program and technical team to document system requirements to fix several long-term defects & develop testings scripts. Duties Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to: Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and technical team to analyse business requirements and define and document solution requirements. Work with developers on gap analysis and logical design. Develop and maintain all or portions of the following project artifacts as needed using MS Office and Visio: Business Requirements Priority Matrix, Business Requirements Document, Gap Analysis Document, Functional / Technical Specifications, Use Cases, others as identified. Identify of test scenarios and the create of test plans. Compile reports and activity status as requested by the supervisor. Work within a matrixed team structure, often facilitating multi-disciplinary teams, translating business/program subject matter information into project artifacts. Collaborate with Project Manager or supervisor to prioritize and schedule tasks. Prepare and execute a knowledge transfer. Follow enterprise, cluster level, department level, and division level directives, best practices, standards, and methodologies, as appropriate or requested. Mandatory Requirements Experience (10+ Years) Software Analyst Studies the software application domain, prepares software requirements, and specification documents. Liaises between the software users and the software developers. Conveys the demands of software users to the developers. Skills include working knowledge of software technology; computer programming experience/expertise; general business knowledge; problem solving/reduction skills; interpersonal relation skills; flexibility and adaptability. Requirements This is an 100% Onsite 84 months of experience with analysis and documentation of complex business rules, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements. 84 months of experience in System Design and creating software documentation including functional specifications and technical specifications. 48 months of experience eliciting and documenting requirements for system generated reports. 48 months of experience analysing system data using SQL Developer against an Oracle Database 48 months of experience analysing requirements and creating/maintaining requirements documentation including use cases, context diagrams, process diagrams, data models, business requirement documents and transition requirements. 36 months of experience with MS Office, Visio, SharePoint, and other tools for creating and maintaining project documentation. 24 months of ETL experience using tools such as Rhapsody Integration Engine Bachelors Degree in an Information Technology field from an accredited institution.
