This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance, security, and compliance of our cloud-based applications. The Cloud Administrator will be responsible for monitoring system performance, managing user access, implementing security measures, and coordinating with vendors to resolve any issues. Key Responsibilities: System Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our SaaS applications to ensure their availability, performance, and security. User Access Control: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient access to cloud services. Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security policies and procedures, conduct regular security audits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks or issues, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with SaaS providers to resolve any issues, negotiate service agreements, and stay updated on new features and updates. Instance refresh: Coordinate with SaaS vendors to clone non production environments. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of systems configurations, processes, and service records. Provide regular reports on system status, incidents, and usage metrics.
