Please forward your updated resume to [email protected] JOB DESCRIPTION:- Role: Hadoop Developer ( 60% Hadoop, 20% Java, 20% SQL ) Location: Charlotte, NC ( Only local candidates, no relocation ) Visa: Any independent candidate ** A Hadoop developer with some background in Java/J2EE will work Required skills:- Mid-level software developer to design, develop, maintain, and test software for the ECR RCF team, collaborating with the development team and business partners to ensure successful delivery and implementation of application solutions in a dynamic Agile environment. The ability to achieve subject matter expertise quickly on new applications is needed. Requires proven track record in strong database skills working on Oracle/SQL Server/Exadata, performance tuning, ETL processes, Windows and Linux environments. Experience in multiple database platforms is preferred: SQL Server, Oracle, Exadata, and Big Data. Programming experience on Java, Hadoop / Big Data, Hadoop and Java scripting, Angular 5, React, NodeJS, a plus. 2+ years of Java application programming experience. 5+ years of Hadoop/HIVE technology architecture experience. Must have excellent software design, build, test, and documentation skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks, lead the team through the delivery, and adapt to a constantly changing environment. Proven track record in project delivery in an Agile environment. Performance tuning and database refactoring strategies. Must have excellent organization and team skills. Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision Develop unit/integration/regression/performance test scripts/ test suites for the framework Follow Agile development process - work refinement, estimation, retrospectives, etc. rituals Interface with users and other team members, understand requirements, and engineer and analyze solution options Communicate solutions effectively to team/teams and play a mentor role for junior resources Engage the Architecture team as needed during development and support Hadoop, SQL, Javascript, React, and full-stack Java are desired Thanks & Regards ..
