| FAST Business Analysis Senior Configuration Analyst Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12 months Note: - No H1B or OPT Skills: Looking for FAST Configuration SME Must have experience with Life or Annuity implementation and enhancements on the FAST Policy Administration System 5+ years leading product design and configuration on FAST in Life and/or Annuities Experience with service and operations processes and functionality as well as business architecture and capabilities. Ability to collaborate with other teams on solutions, integration, and coordination Lead and participate in Design and Configuration review to ensure configuration standards and best practices are used. In-depth Knowledge of FAST development and deployment Expertise in FAST and Insurance Ecosystem development and deployment. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent/related degree required. Insurance product knowledge, focused on Life and Annuities is required. Insurance operations experience with a focus on policy administration and business processes is required. Experience working with actuaries, technical resources, and back-office service providers. Expertise with life and annuity business processes, business architecture and operational support Proficiency with MS Excel is required. Ability to work both as an individual contributor and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellence in problem solving, understanding the big picture and a focus on details.
