The successful candidate will possess a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in applications development on enterprise-level information technology projects. As an Advanced Application Development Analyst, you will demonstrate expert-level knowledge in all phases of system development and have a deep understanding of business processes across multiple areas. You will be responsible for modeling and applying software engineering methods and techniques to design, define, develop, evaluate, integrate, and support IT solutions. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently or collaboratively with other software developers and function as a technical consultant or researcher. You will perform analysis and troubleshooting of system defects and issues, design quality control and test procedures, and apply technical expertise to test system solutions. You will handle portions of projects with minimal supervision, including evaluation and modification of services/products/technology solutions, data development, analysis, and client interaction. Additionally, you will gather and evaluate client capabilities and needs, assist with services/products/technology solution architecture design and installation, and be accountable to upper management for all phases of specific projects. Experience with meeting facilitation and documentation, as well as delivering projects within agreed schedules, technical specifications, and budgets, is essential. Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Java Frameworks, server configuration, enterprise content management, database management systems, web services, scripting languages, and operating systems such as Linux is required. Desirable qualifications include experience in XHTML development using Java Server Faces, Primefaces, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5, systems integration using Payment Gateways, integration of multiple systems or applications, and automating data sharing processes.
