Position:: Oracle SCM O2C and P2P Technical Consultant Location: Atlanta, GA 30322 (Hybrid) Seeking an Oracle SCM O2C and P2P Technical consultant/Business Architect. The position will primarily be responsible for implementing, giving solutions in O2C, P2P modules of Oracle EBS and Cloud. The candidate should possess sound knowledge on business processes across P2P, O2C domain, interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. Required Qualifications: 1. 10+ Years of Business Architect experience in development of Oracle EBS & Cloud O2C and P2P modules. 2. Must have sound understanding and hands on experience of RICE development in O2C and P2P modules like Order Management, Advance Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, AR, AP, GL, Purchasing, Receiving, iSupplier and others. 3. Sound experience of development and maintenance of components using PLSQL, Form and Reports, Interfaces, Extensions. Must have very sound understanding of technology. 4. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US. 5. Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree 6. Excellent communications skill is a must 7. Experience in Business strategy & assessment, design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle ERP R12 8. Program Solution Advisory to project team members such as project managers, business system analysts and cross-functional partners. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Have the End to End understanding of a companys processes and its impact in O2C, P2P process 2. Exposure to Process Optimization/Modernization through digitization initiatives 3. Worked with fortune 500 organizations in delivering finance transformation engagements with tangible outcomes 4. Project, talent management and thought leadership 5. Good articulation & presentation skills to a diverse audience and specifically to CXO level 6.
