If interested, please share your resume at [email protected] or call me at 732-452-1006 Ext 618 Agile Coach Location: Jersey City, Wisconsin (onsite work required) The Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Agile & DevOps Consulting Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their business agility goals. You will develop and deliver customized Agile & DevOps consulting solutions, mentor client executives, and provide coaching and training across all levels of their organization. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver innovative Agile & DevOps consulting solutions for clients. Provide strategic transformation mentoring to client executives, becoming a trusted advisor. Coach, train, and mentor client organizations on Agile methodologies and related frameworks. Supervise and lead a culturally diverse and geographically distributed team of 2-10 consultants (senior, middle, and junior levels) depending on the project. Provide hands-on support across all levels of the client's organization to facilitate adoption of new practices and workflows. Qualifications: 6-8 years of experience in software development (advantageous). Previous experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in a large-scale organization (a plus). Certified in SAFe SPC and other Agile scaling frameworks (highly preferred). Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile & DevOps practices in client organizations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels. Experience leading and mentoring a team (desired). A passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Experience presenting at industry conferences and/or publishing white papers (desired).
