Ability to perform analysis of OS and application issues, crashes, security incidents and overall performance. Experience in deploying and configuring cloud assets using scripts, APIs, CLIs and management console. Professional exposure to DevOps release and build management using GIT. Demonstratable experience in the use and creation of automation scripts using PowerShell and Ansible. Expertise in operating system configuration & security fundamentals with the ability to assist risk and compliance to standards adherence. Possess ability to instruct lower-level peers in technology and produce sound documentation. Leadership Skills Able to coordinate changes with other support teams and leverage existing change management processes. Fundamental understanding of computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends Excellent verbal and written communication.
