NC, TX (onsite) Job Roles / Responsibilities: NOTE : Need Passport number and LinkedIn ID and please do mention Current Location and Visa of candidate while sending the Profile Role Summary In this role he/she will act as a techno-functional expert, working on defining future state solutions and supporting end-to-end Guidewire implementations. He/she will be responsible for the overall technical architecture, implementation patterns and design best practices for Guidewire, including Guidewire Cloud Platform. He/she must be a technical expert on Guidewire platform who has demonstrated exceptional capabilities managing configuration and integration teams with substantial experience in owning, running, and supporting Guidewire products and integrations with its peripheral systems/applications. Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for the end-to-end architecture of the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter), with focus on integrating Guidewire with upstream/downstream applications and data services. Own conceptual solution overview including contextual, component, integration/data flow designs and systems impacted to solve business problems. Configure, build & develop Guidewire components using GOSU, Wizards, PCF, Data Model, Workflow, Activities, APD (Advanced Product Designer), Integration Gateway, AppEvents etc. Trouble shoot & resolve technical issues, provide solutions & workarounds to critical requirements. Identify repeated solutions that can be built as configurable components and reused on multiple projects, to maximize efficiency/productivity. Drive continuous technology transformation to minimize technical debt in implementations. Ensure compliance of Guidewire implementations to platform standards as per the surepath methodology. Manage, maintain, and govern engineering standards around security, secure-coding, logging, alerting, build, deployment, and integrations. Demonstrate capabilities to leverage Guidewire APIs and build migration utilities/tools that can help with product migrations / conversion across implementations. Focus on maintaining comprehensive awareness of Guidewire Cloud product roadmap for InsuranceSuite and advise the organization on ways in which emerging Guidewire capabilities can enhance business capabilities. Demonstrate strong thought leadership in pursuit of modern architecture principles and technology modernization. Lead and mentor a team of developers working on the Guidewire platform, with the ability and willingness to provide hands-on assistance to POCs and troubleshooting during implementation and delivery cycles. Contribute to Presales activities, drive responses to RFPs/RFIs, own technical/platform level discussion with client(s). Requirements: 15+ years of overall industry experience with at least 10+ years on Guidewire delivering large scale Insurance suite implementations is required. Strong technical leadership experience in Guidewire driving at least 2 end-to-end Insurance suite product implementations. String hold on Guidewire modules knowledge Extensive experience in the P&C insurance domain is required. Cloud Upgrade experience is required. Strong technical management experience managing onshore / offshore teams. Experience with scrum or agile methodologies is required. Guidewire cloud certification is highly preferred.
