This role is heavily focused on Zscaler and can be located in Tempe, AZ, Jersey City, NJ or Tampa, FL. As a key player on our Infrastructure Security team, the engineer will handle numerous facets of cloud security. Responsibilities include enforcing web filtering policies, managing cloud access security brokers (CASB), configuring firewalls, implementing browser isolation strategies, sandboxing, and preventing data loss. The role involves upgrading and managing Zscalers cloud infrastructure, transitioning policies from traditional proxy setups, and handling firewall settings in ZIA. Tasks also include the upkeep, implementation, monitoring, support, and troubleshooting of network/application/endpoint security. Candidates should have at least two years of direct experience with Zscaler, and knowledge of Bluecoat proxies is advantageous. Required: - Proficiency in Zscaler ZCC (ZIA/ZPA/ZDX) - Experience with Bluecoat proxy (policy/rule creation, incident troubleshooting) - Skilled in incident management - Strong documentation and diagrammatic skills - Independent initiative and excellent communication abilities - Competency with Splunk search - Commutable to Jersey City, NJ, Tampa, FL or Tempe, AZ Desirable Skills: - Experience with Service Now - Knowledge of Microsoft or equivalent web content filtering/CASB products - Familiarity with Azure Active Directory/Intune - Financial Services industry experience Submission summary: Please find the attached resume of Janardhanan for Sr Security Engineer.
