Please let me know if you find the new below position as well Title: Product Owner Location: Downtown Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Interview: Video Visa; GC/USC/GC EAD/H4EAD Note: Must have LinkedIn id Highly Preferred Local consultant But Any Location is workable who can go onsite day one Job Description: Seeking a Product Owner who will represent users and business stakeholders for our Unified Communication / Voice / Video products to ensure deliverables align with requirements. Our Product team collaborates with other product owners, product managers, operations leadership and agile team members to bring the business and architectural vision to life, delivering features in a lean, iterative, and nimble way. Immediate efforts will be focused on road mapping products to new systems / regulatory compliance for 2024. Role Drive the story elaboration process for your team, ensuring at least 2 sprints worth of ready stories. Define Acceptance Criteria for team stories. Prioritize the team backlog to best achieve goals and outcomes. Ensure that the teams User Story backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, showing what the team will work on next. Accept user stories completed by team throughout the sprint on behalf of customers based on acceptance criteria. Ensure the team understands items in the team backlog to the level needed. Regularly attend and actively participate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Take feedback from demos back to teams and work to incorporate into backlog and upcoming iterations. Collaborate with Product Managers and other Product Owners to define and coordinate feature development across other teams. Qualifications: Two or more years as a dedicated Product Owner delivering voice or unified communications products. Required Experience writing and refining user stories and use of common Agile tools such as Rally, Jira, etc. Intellectual curiosity working across cross functional teams to understand and compile data. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) strongly preferred. Experience in unified communications / voice products.
