Have Theme-Cosmos badge, mission can be found at https://academy.pega.com/mission/pega-theme-cosmos-section-based-ui-designers/v3 Have Earn Pega Infinity 23 Senior System Architect badge; mission can be found at https://academy.pega.com/mission/senior-system-architect/v6 ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Role : SFDC Solutions architect Location : Dallas, TX Solution Architect JD: Demonstrating extensive knowledge and experience with Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems; Leading content management, records management or contract management policies, procedures and technologies assessments; Deploying, implementing and configuring solutions leveraging applications such as: iCertis, Conga [Apttus], Docusign or Coupa; Securing content, document, records and contract management systems integrating SSO providers (e.g. Okta, Ping, OneLogin) and/or LDAP/Active Directory solutions; Migrating large data sets from legacy and/or proprietary data stores to best in class content and contract management platforms using vendor provided or customized ETL solutions; Leading client requirements, project workflow, budgets, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written materials with attention to business and/or technical audience; Applying a broad range of experiences with server, desktop, network, database and application server architectures, to deliver large scale transformation projects; Providing clients with recommendations and guidance around Contract Lifecycle Management systems; Building functional prototypes of common CLM solutions in support of identified business needs and proposal demos; Keeping up to date with market trends in contract lifecycle management processes and supporting a broader practice in building position papers and thought leadership articles; Being part of the engagement delivery teams implementing contract lifecycle management solutions, Conducting / leading workshops to understand current state CLM processes, drive future state workflow requirements, Fit/Gap analysis and related functional needs including security, integration, lifecycle activities, reporting, and migration; Leading / supporting contract migration data gathering activities; Working with Contract Lifecycle Management solutions on buy-side / sell-side contracts such as Icertis, Apttus, Conga, etc.; Certified in CLM solutions like Icertis, Agiloft, DocuSign, SirionLabs etc. Certified in Cloud Solutions, preferably Azure (Microsoft Azure Certification(s) Reviewing contract documents including analysis of contract language, identification of key terms and conditions, business attributes, clauses etc.; Possessing a familiarity with the concepts and ideally foundational experience with building AI machine learning models, training models with annotated training sets and in tuning accuracy and relevance parameters Experience of operating a Contract Lifecycle Management process. Good knowledge of workflows, workflow step configurations and workflow debugging. Understanding of eForms and Smart Rules. Experience of document generation and templates creation. JavaScript and C# skills. Experience working in Agile environments. Able to participate in design sessions, review options and provide recommendations. Ability to respond contract change requests as needed. Expericence of DocuSign. Knowledge of Salesforce and Docusign integration! Experience of eSignature!
