An IT Business Partner will partner with global business leaders or brand leaders in setting priorities of technology capabilities for Rollins to ensure that Information technology meets the current and future needs of the business. This will be achieved through collaboration with the business and deep understanding of the business needs and priorities, capabilities required to achieve business results today and in the future, portfolio management and demand prioritization, and advocacy for both business needs and global IT strategy across stakeholder areas. Team is looking for an IT Business Partner, this person is going to be acting as an advisor and consultant within the team. They need to be able to take initiative, have a high attention to detail and great documentation skills, and be curious. They will be interacting with Directors and Executive leaders of the Brands, so previous experience working with that level of leadership is preferred. Some of what is included in this role is looking at a process, managing it, and implementing change where needed. Experience in change or project management would be desired. They are working as a go-between for the Business and IT departments, so a background or experience in IT is a must. They need to know the language and be able to work with the business side. IT Business Partner Attributes Desired: Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities with a problem-solving aptitude Solid understanding of broad technology trends and the ability to align innovation with business goals Strong executive communication with ability to convey complex technical topics in easy-to- understand business terms and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners Ability to resolve competing priorities across different business teams and functions to set clear and aligned goals for IT capability delivery Champions change and innovation Ability to capture and analyze complex business requirements and prioritize competing requirements and influence strategic direction Ability to communicate business problems and priorities to technical audiences IT Business Partner Job Responsibilities: Responsible as a Business (brand, function) liaison to ensure alignment of IT activities to Business needs and the demand management process Extensive understanding of the IT organization and capabilities to effectively communicate with functions/brands while also understanding their technological needs. Fully understand the business strategy of the brand / function and provide advisory services on any technology aspects. Develop an intimate relationship with the Business representatives at the highest level of the brand/function Collaborate with the brand/function to align their annual business plans to IT Capability roadmaps and priorities Work with business teams to understand project requirements, shape the initial project request, and provide a high-level estimate of the project effort and cost used in cost-benefit analysis.
