| From: nitu, RCI [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: SAP Functional Analyst Duration: 12 month Location: Onsite San Antonio TX Client is seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Analyst 4 for a prominent utilities provider. This role involves supporting, designing, configuring, testing, and working with the SAP ERP software across various modules. Job Summary: The SAP Functional Analyst 4 acts as a Subject Matter Expert and consultant within the organization, providing top-tier application support, guiding process design, and leading solution development in SAP and related systems to meet user or project needs. Tasks and Responsibilities: Provide expert and functional support including maintenance for complex activities within core SAP ECC modules and Cloud Based Solutions such as SuccessFactors. Design and develop complete SAP solutions to meet end-user or project requirements, including creating process flow and system documentation. Lead multiple projects from process design to solution development in SAP and related systems. Support Quality Assurance activities, including developing test scripts for unit testing, system integration testing, and regression testing. Utilize SAP reporting and modeling tools effectively. Maintain service requests and incidents including message handling, resolution tracking, and problem escalation. Contribute to RFP responses, vendor evaluations, and other critical processes as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related business technical field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 complete SAP Lifecycle implementations. In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture and integration with third-party systems. Proficient in Implementation Guide (IMG) configuration, testing, and troubleshooting using SAP/ERP technologies. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification in any of the supported modules or cloud solutions. Extensive experience with one or more SAP core modules including FI, CO, PM, PS, MM, SD, and HR. Strong background in organizational change management.
