The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing OTBI/BIP reports and expertise in Oracle Analytics (OAC). This role involves managing the technical aspects of HCM Cloud, including reporting, data loading, and business process support. (Contract) Role: - Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant Location: Phoenix, AZ Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills Skills Required: 6-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical areas. Strong expertise in OTBI/BIP reports development. Proficiency in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and its functionalities. Experience with HCM Cloud technical components such as HDL/HSDL and HCM Extracts. Knowledge of bursting and personalization features. Ability to develop and support business processes. Familiarity with approval rules and security configurations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of Agile processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Previous experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects. Oracle AIA certification or relevant training is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
