Interact with business & technology stakeholders to gather to requirements, design & develop the applications Requirement: Extensive experience with ServiceNow (7+ years) with a deep subject matter expertise on ITSM (IT Service Management) modules Change management, Incident management, CMDB, Service Request management & Asset management Proficiency in developing applications, workflows, integrations within ServiceNow platform. Experience with Integrations with third party systems using REST APIs, Integration hub experience. Experience with setting business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes. Flow designer experience for automating processes.
