Collaborate with development teams to create Docker containers and Helm charts for deploying applications on OpenShift. Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of containerized applications using tools such as Ansible, Kubernetes Operators, and Prometheus. Implement security best practices for securing containerized environments, including RBAC, PodSecurityPolicies, and network policies. Troubleshoot issues related to application deployment, performance, and availability on OpenShift clusters. Optimize resource utilization and performance of OpenShift clusters through capacity planning and performance tuning. Contribute to the continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines for automating the build, test, and deployment processes of containerized applications. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in the containerization and orchestration ecosystem. Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience in OpenShift cluster management. 10+ years of experience in Data Center Infrastructure management and Linux operating system. Strong expertise in designing, deploying, and managing OpenShift clusters. Proficiency in Docker containers, Helm charts, Ansible, Kubernetes Operators, and Prometheus. Experience in implementing security best practices for containerized environments. Excellent troubleshooting skills for resolving issues related to application deployment, performance, and availability. Ability to optimize resource utilization and performance of OpenShift clusters through capacity planning and performance tuning. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
